School-Age Classes (ages

Girls Super Stars 5 & 6 Years Old
(Girls - 1 Hour Class)
Description: For our Girls Super Stars 5 & 6 Years Old, we have designed an exciting program to work on progressions and beginner
gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline/tumble
trak. Our students will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination
while learning new gymnastics skills. As they learn new skills,
gymnastics will be fun and exciting along with the added benefit
of increased self-esteem. We track each gymnast’s progress
with our ribbon reward program. Once the gymnast completes their
skill card they will be ready for Girls Super Stars Advanced.
During the school year the gymnast will have an opportunity to
show off their skills twice a year at our “Showcase of the
Stars” which will be held in December and June!

Girls Super Stars 7 Years Old & Up
(Girls - 1 Hour Class)
Description: For our Girls Super Stars 7 Years
Old & Up, we have designed an exciting program to work on
progressions and beginner gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam,

flexibility, and coordination while learning new gymnastics skills.
As they learn new skills, gymnastics will be fun and exciting

Boys Super Stars
5 Years Old and Over
(Boys - 1 Hour Class)
Description: For our Boys Super Stars, we have

gymnastics skills on floor, rings, vault, parallel bars, high
bar, and trampoline/tumble trak. Our students will develop strength,
flexibility, and coordination while learning new gymnastics skills.
As they learn new skills, gymnastics will be fun and exciting
along with the added benefit of increased self-esteem. We track
each gymnasts progress with our ribbon reward program. Once the
gymnast completes their skill card they will be ready for Boys
Elite Stars
During the school year the gymnast will have an opportunity to
show off their skills twice a year at our “Showcase of the
Stars” which will be held in December and June!

Girls Super Star Advanced
(1.5 Hour Class)
Description: For our Girls Super Stars Advanced,
we have designed an exciting program to work on progressions and
advanced gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline/tumble
trak. Our students will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination
while learning new gymnastics skills. As they learn new skills,
gymnastics will be fun and exciting along with the added benefit
of increased self-esteem. We track each gymnasts progress with
our ribbon reward program. Once the gymnast completes their skill
card they will be ready for Girls Elite Stars or Girls Team.
During the school year the gymnast will have an opportunity to
show off their skills twice a year at our “Showcase of the
Stars” which will be held in December and June!

Girls Elite Stars
(2 Hour Class)
Description: Girls Elite Stars is for the now
higher level gymnast who has completed the Girls Super Stars Advanced
Program. This class will focus on upper level skills and progressions
on every event. Conditioning and flexibility will be come an important
part of this program in order to improve their gymnastics skills.
During the school year the gymnast will have an opportunity to
show off their skills twice a year at our “Showcase of the
Stars” which will be held in December and June!
Boys Elite Stars
(2 Hour Class)
Description: Boys Elite Stars is for the now
higher level gymnast who has completed the Boys Super Stars Program.
This class will focus on upper level skills and progressions on
every event. Conditioning will be come an important part of this
program in order to improve their gymnastics skills.
During the school year the gymnast will have an opportunity to
show off their skills twice a year at our “Showcase of the
Stars” which will be held in December and June!

Annual Membership
Fee
$30 per family for the school year. This fee helps cover
